Tips for Healthy Skin: Carrot

We all know that carrots are good for our eyes, but they’re good for a lot more too,including: preventing cardiovascular illness, weight loss, detoxifying the liver, prevent cancer, capillary health, and wound healing. A  great tip for healthy skin is to add carrots to our regular diet.

As always, we receive the most nutrients from raw vegetables and fruit. So whenever possibly, eat your carrots raw, the next best option is steaming. Since carrot is a root vegetable, I recommend ALWAYS getting them organic. Use this tip for healthy skin to be a more beautiful you.
